1. Overview of Subscription Service

By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize recurring charges on your selected billing method and agree to receive your chosen product at your selected delivery frequency. You may modify or cancel your subscription at any time in accordance with the policies below.

Subscriptions are designed to ensure uninterrupted delivery and priority production scheduling for active subscribers.


2. Billing & Payment

  • Your subscription will automatically renew at the interval you selected (e.g., every 30 days).

  • The card or payment method on file will be charged on the renewal date.

  • If a payment attempt fails, the system will automatically retry. If unsuccessful, your subscription may be paused or canceled.

  • Prices for subscription orders may change at our discretion; however, you will be notified in advance if pricing adjustments occur.


3. Production Timeline

To guarantee timely delivery and product availability for subscribers, we begin producing your order seven (7) days before your renewal date.
This ensures:

  • Fresh, made-to-order batches

  • Accurate fulfillment

  • On-time shipping and delivery

Because of this production schedule, certain cancellations cannot be processed after a specific time window (see Section 4).


4. Cancellation Policy

We understand that needs change, and you may cancel your subscription at any time. However, due to our production process, the following rules apply:

4.1 Cancellation Deadline

To cancel without being charged for the upcoming shipment, you must cancel at least seven (7) days before your renewal date.

4.2 Orders Already in Production

If cancellation is requested within 7 days of the renewal date, the order has already entered production and cannot be canceled or refunded.

That order will still be processed and shipped, but all future renewals will be canceled immediately after.

4.3 How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription by:

  • Accessing your customer portal, or

  • Contacting our customer support team directly

Cancellations requested through email are processed during business hours only.


5. Modifying Your Subscription

You may update the following in your customer portal:

  • Delivery frequency

  • Product variant

  • Shipping address

  • Billing information

Changes must be made at least seven (7) days before the next renewal date.
Changes submitted after that window will apply to the following cycle.


6. Refunds & Returns for Subscription Orders

Because each order is produced specifically for you:

  • Orders already in production are non-refundable.

  • We do not accept returns on subscription items once shipped, except in cases of damaged, incorrect, or defective products.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you.


7. Shipping Policy

Subscription orders follow the same shipping timelines as standard orders. Delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances are outside of our control.

Once an order has been shipped, we cannot modify the address.


8. Account Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Maintain accurate billing and shipping information

  • Ensure your payment method is active and up-to-date

  • Review your renewal dates and make changes before the 7-day deadline

We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to inaccurate information provided by the customer.

We may update this Subscription Policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website. Customers are responsible for reviewing this page periodically.
